The first match on the second day of the U-15 Boys’ National Team Festival excited many. Within the first minute, Ayomide Akinola found the foot of Nicolas Garcia-Morillo, who notch the early score for team Copa America. Minutes later, Akinola targeted Garcia-Morillo again to beat the goalie and set the score 2-0 in the first eight minutes of the match. Team Olympic fought back as Alejandro Pereira scored just before halftime.
Copa America put the game away in the 68th minute with a one-touch goal from Ben Lederman. Copa America was also victorious in the friendly penalty kick shootout, getting three goals to Olympic’s one.

Copa America (1st) – Ayomide Akinola picked up a lose ball in the middle third and played a through ball into Nicolas Garcia-Morillo who took two touches and slotted the ball into the bottom right hand corner.
Copa America (8th) – Ayomide Akinola received the ball in the middle third and played a through ball to Nicolas Garcia-Morillo who rounded the goalkeeper and slotted it in with his left foot.
Olympic (40th) – After good possession play Ben Huynh received the ball on an overlap and played a low cross from the right for Alejandro Pereira who hit it in first time from 6 yards out.
